Delivery in Morocco:
The order is processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for delivery. We offer the option to pay on delivery by selecting the "cash on delivery" option when completing the order.
International Delivery:
Shipping fees range between $10 and $20 for international orders and are free for all orders over $200. The order is processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow an additional 6 to 9 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
You can request international delivery by contacting the store team via WhatsApp for information on product weights and international shipping rates not currently listed in our store.
Returns & Exchanges:
For returns or exchanges within Morocco, a fee of 30 dirhams is applied.
For international returns or exchanges, fees depend on the country and are the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be in perfect condition and unworn. Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items purchased on sale or promotion cannot be exchanged.
The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.
